Free gardening games
Eleven quick browser games with a garden in them — built for the moment a gardener wants to hand the phone to a child and still get ten minutes in the beds. No download, no sign-up, nothing pops up inside the games themselves, and nothing is collected. Your best score is saved on your own device only.
Garden Snake
The classic snake, replanted: your vine grows every time it eats a carrot, tomato or corn cob. Steer with the arrow keys or a swipe.
Classic · age 6+Fruit Cutter
Fruit flies up from the orchard and you slice it with a swipe. Let three drop and the basket is empty — and watch out for the snail.
Reflex · age 6+Weed Whacker
Weeds pop up across the bed for 45 seconds. Tap them fast — but a tulip sometimes pops up too, and hitting it costs you dearly.
Tap · age 5+Seed Match
Sixteen cards, eight pairs of flowers and vegetables. Flip two at a time and clear the bed in as few moves as you can.
Memory · age 4+Watering Rush
Six pots drying out at once. Water each before it wilts — but a pot that is already full will drown, which is exactly how it works outdoors.
Skill · age 5+Harvest Catch
Produce rains down over the plot. Slide your basket to catch it and dodge the stones. It speeds up the better you do.
Reflex · age 4+Sort the Harvest
Fruit, vegetable or flower? Three crates, a shrinking timer and a streak bonus for getting a run of them right.
Learning · age 4+Pest Patrol
Tap the caterpillars, slugs and crickets — and leave the bees, ladybirds and butterflies completely alone. Tapping a friend hurts.
Learning · age 5+Flower Merge
Slide the tiles and merge matching plants to grow them on: seed, sprout, leaf, bud, bloom — all the way to a tree.
Puzzle · age 7+Sprout Jump
An endless run along the border. Hop stones and cacti with a tap — double-jump is allowed — and the path keeps getting faster.
Runner · age 5+Bloom Pop
A bed of flowers. Tap any group of two or more touching blooms of the same kind — and because big groups pay far more, it pays to look first.
Puzzle · age 6+Two of these quietly teach something
Pest Patrol takes points off you for squashing a bee, a ladybird or a butterfly — because "kill everything that moves" is the most damaging habit a new gardener can pick up. Watering Rush kills a plant if you water a pot that is already full, which is how most houseplants actually die. The rest are just for fun.
