1. Be respectful at all times. Zero tolerance for abuse, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying or personal attacks. Disagree with ideas, never attack the person.
2. Stay on-topic and gardening-related. Post in the correct category and use a clear, descriptive title. Search before posting — no duplicate threads.
3. No spam, self-promotion, advertising, or affiliate/referral-link dumping. New members cannot post external links until they become trusted (anti-spam).
4. Give helpful, honest advice. Do NOT post dangerous, false or misleading plant, chemical, food or health claims. Cite a source for strong or safety-related claims.
5. No illegal content — including banned substances, piracy, or anything unlawful in your country.
6. No impersonation of others, brands, experts or staff. One account per person.
7. Protect privacy. Do not share anyone’s personal/contact details (yours or others’) — no doxxing, no phone/email/address dumps.
8. Respect copyright. Post original content or properly credit the source. No plagiarism or stolen images.
9. Keep it family-friendly. No NSFW, graphic, or off-topic political/religious content.
10. English only, so everyone can follow. Be patient and kind with beginners.
11. Use the 👍 reactions and ⚑ Report button — never retaliate. Report problems to moderators instead of arguing in-thread.

Enforcement: new members’ first posts are reviewed before going live. Breaking these rules leads to content removal, and — depending on severity — a warning, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban. Spam/abuse may be removed and the account banned without warning. Moderators’ decisions are final.
