Ayurvedic — Gardening Guider

India’s traditional wellness garden: growing guides for the classic Ayurvedic plants — tulsi, ashwagandha, brahmi, giloy, amla, neem and more. Each guide covers cultivation thoroughly (most of these are tough, generous plants once established) alongside respectful, sourced context about their traditional uses. We’re careful with claims: these articles describe how plants have been used in Ayurvedic tradition and what modern research is exploring — they’re for information only, not medical advice, and we say so clearly in every guide. As garden plants, many double beautifully as ornamentals or pollinator magnets — tulsi in flower hums with bees.

A growing note that applies to most of them: these are hardy field plants, not pampered ornamentals, and they generally build stronger leaf chemistry in lean soil and full sun than in rich, heavily watered beds. Do not over-feed them.
